NATIONAL SUPPORT

By creating a POTE chapter, you gain access to vast resources and technical support from Nature Abounds' staff for project planning and implementation. You will be provided with a chapter welcome packet including guides and resources on how to get maximize the impacts of your projects and engage your members. A portion of membership dues are awarded to the designated chapters of each member to aid with administrative costs and each chapter receives a webpage on our site to advertise events, etc.. 

LEADERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

Through Officer positions and project committees, you have the opportunity to be an Environmental Leader in your community. By leading environmental efforts, you have the ability to foster environmental stewardship in your neighbors and friends.

There is power in numbers. Through POTE, you have an opportunity to change our planet for the better by restoring biodiversity through a multitude of means including advocacy, education, and restoration projects.

EXAMPLE PROJECTS

Projects can include but are in no way limited to: environmental advocacy campaigns, pollinator habitat restoration, small dam removal projects, community street tree programs, community gardens, educational workshops, and responsible recreation events (leave no trace).
